Green juices are a great way to improve digestion, reduce inflammation in the body and boost immunity.
- ½ cup spinach
- 2 green apples
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers
- 2 stalks celery
- ¼ cup fresh parsley – optional
- Pass all ingredients through a juicer. A little extra water can be added if the juice is too thick. Dial up or down the apple to change the overall sweetness.
