Happy Skin Juice

Green juices are a great way to improve digestion, reduce inflammation in the body and boost immunity.


  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 green apples
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley – optional


  1. Pass all ingredients through a juicer. A little extra water can be added if the juice is too thick. Dial up or down the apple to change the overall sweetness.
