Overnight Oats with Seasonal Fruit

Kick start your day with a skin boosting breakfast packed full of essential nutrients and protein.


  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup almond milk


    1. Combine oats, quinoa, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, banana, and almond milk.
    2. Refrigerate overnight.
    3. Remove from fridge and heat on stove or in the microwave. If mixture is too thick add extra almond milk.
    4. To serve top with raspberries and blueberries and any other topping that you like, nuts, seeds, extra fruit. If you like some additional sweetness add maple syrup to taste.
